Throughout the year we will be teaming up with some of the country’s best chefs to host a series of pizza parties at RIA which will be supported by our friends at Breville.
Next up: Dan Hong is responsible for some of the most popular restaurants in Sydney. He is currently the Executive Chef of multiple Merivale restaurants, including Ms. G’s, Sushi-E, Lotus Bistro, Queen Chow, and the Cantonese powerhouse Mr Wong.
Dan Hong, who will be bringing his quirky, modern Asian spin to RIA’s pizzas for one night only on Sunday May 16.
